I have been struggling with this for quite some time now and still haven't been able to shake it off. It's just like smoking, you might quit for awhile but eventually, you will turn back; especially if you are in a low emotional state. Watching porn and masterbating have been my source of excitement but I am still hopeful and determined to completely stop one day. I don't want my addiction to take over my life any longer. I know that it is not pleasing in the eyes of God and I know he is dissapointed in me every time I turn to porn and not to him. I pray that he will forgive me and help me to overcome this spirit of sexual immorality. I am a female porn addict. It was more orientated around erotic stories and diaries, but still managed to cause significant problems. As you say, it's not all guys who get into this.
