quit porn addiction

This news item doesn’t have much new to say about porn addiction, but I do like the following quote from psychologist Dr. Brenda Shoshanna:

“Nobody should feel bad or ashamed – neither the men or the women … Just recognize, ‘OK, I’ve gotten caught in a problem and I’m going to correct it.”

She says that attitude can save a relationship, and I wholeheartedly agree.
