I completely know how you feel. Honestly - I have strugled with this horrible thing for years. The only way that you can stop it is with Gods help.He can help you through it and he forgives you, don't take on the crap that the devil puts in your heart that your a bad person and people will despise you if you come out into the open about your bad habbit. It will be hard to do and it will take guts but admitting to someone will actually make you feel sooooo much better. No matter how hard it will be to do, if you start the talk it will be alot easier than if you are caught red handed. Porn is so corrupting - it completely distorts your views on the WHOLE WORLD and women. Once you are rid of the habbit - you will see so clearly that when you first look at a women it is not natural to asses her physical attractiveness and the thoughts that come after that - no matter what the media and other people say. One of the things that helps me is to know that God has my life planned out and has a wife for me that will be more attractive to me than any of those poor people who showcase themselves in the porn industry. And another thing you HAVE to do is seriously re-asses your relationship with god, get your bible and read, buy christian books like the heavenly man and the hidding place and get yourself into a good gospel preaching church(if you can't find any I seriously can't recommend life church online enough) these things will build your faith and make resisting temptations so much easier. And one more thing, don't get depressed if you trip back into it for a bit or go through a real testing time, no one can win every fight so just ask forgiveness from god amd move on.
